Description
Stand with your feet hip-width apart. Squat down until your thighs are parallel to the floor, keeping your back straight and your core engaged. As you come back up, and as soon as your legs are straight, continue the movement by pushing off the balls of your feet to rise onto your toes. Stabilize yourself at the top, then gently lower your heels to return to the starting standing position.
