Description

Stand facing a chair with your feet slightly staggered (one foot slightly in front of the other) and spread at hip width. Hold a resistance band in your hands, arms relaxed towards the ground. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back, as if you were going to sit down on the chair. At the same time, stretch the band by lifting your arms to eye level. Slowly stand back up to the standing position, gently releasing the band and lowering your arms along your body.
