Description

Place a Swiss ball between your back and a wall. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart, holding a Pilates ring between your hands. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable angle, while simultaneously rising onto the balls of your feet. Ensure your knees stay aligned with your feet and your back remains in contact with the Swiss ball. At the same time, squeeze the Pilates ring between your hands while exhaling. Inhale as you slowly return to the standing position, relaxing your arms, while maintaining smooth and controlled movement.
