Description
Place a Swiss ball between your back and a wall. Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart, holding a weight in your hands, arms relaxed towards the ground. Lower into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable depth. Make sure to keep your back in contact with the Swiss ball and your knees aligned with your feet. As you come up, bend your arms to bring the weight towards your chest, then extend your arms above your head while lifting the weight. Complete the movement by rising onto your toes to engage your calves and improve your balance. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the movement in a smooth and controlled manner, maintaining regular breathing and a stable posture throughout the exercise.
