Description
Position yourself with your back to a chair, feet staggered (one foot in front of the other) and hip-width apart. Hold a weight at arm’s length toward the floor, with your arms relaxed at your sides. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back, as if sitting onto the chair. Lower yourself slowly, keeping your knees aligned with your feet, your back straight, and the weight stable. Slowly return to a standing position, controlling the movement. Switch foot positions after each set to balance the effort between both legs. Repeat the exercise smoothly, maintaining good posture and steady breathing.
