Description
Place a Swiss Ball between your back and a wall, standing straight with your feet slightly wider than hip-width apart for good balance. Hold a kettlebell or a similar weight in one hand, arm relaxed by your side. Slowly lower into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back, as if you were going to sit down. Make sure your knees stay aligned with your feet and that your back remains in contact with the Swiss Ball. The kettlebell should stay close to the body to avoid excessive strain. Once your knees reach a comfortable angle, engage your leg and glute muscles to slowly rise back to the standing position. Repeat the movement in a smooth and controlled manner, maintaining regular breathing.
