Description
Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart, holding a weight at chest level with both hands, arms bent. Lower into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable depth. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees in line with your feet. As you rise, lift the weight above your head by extending your arms. Finish the movement by rising onto your toes to engage your calves and improve your balance. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise in a smooth and controlled manner, maintaining regular breathing and a stable posture.
