Description
Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart, holding a weight in front of your chest with both hands. Lower into a squat by pushing your hips back and bending your knees to a comfortable depth. Make sure to keep your back straight and your knees aligned with your feet. As you come up, lift the weight above your head by extending your arms, then finish the movement by lifting one knee to a 90° angle in front of you. Hold your balance briefly for a second. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise, alternating legs. Perform the movement in a smooth and controlled way, maintaining regular breathing.
