Description
You are standing, supported on a Bosu with the leg semi-straight, a kettlebell (or equivalent) in the hand on the opposite side, the other leg is slightly bent back. While keeping the leg as straight as possible, you will slowly tilt the body forward and gradually bring the torso to horizontal. At the same time, the arm holding the weight is guided by gravity until it almost touches the ground, and the leg on the same side lifts to counterbalance. A slight knee bend on your supporting leg is allowed. Make sure to keep your back as straight as possible and remain well balanced during the movement. You then slowly return to the starting position.
