Description

You are standing facing a wall, one foot in front of the other, spaced about a meter apart, the front foot on an Airex (or another unstable surface like a cushion) and a ball in your hands. While keeping your balance, you will bounce the ball to one side before catching it. Then perform the same action by bouncing the ball off the wall and then to the other side.
