Description
Stand facing a chair with your feet slightly staggered (one foot slightly in front of the other) and spread apart at hip width. Keep your arms relaxed at your sides. Perform a squat by pushing your hips back, as if you were going to sit down on the chair. Simultaneously, raise your arms in front of you until they are parallel to the ground, at about a 90° angle. Slowly straighten up to return to the standing position, lowering your arms back to your sides.
