Description
Stand upright with the forefeet positioned on an incline so that the toes are higher than the heels. Keep the knees straight without bending them. Push down on the forefeet to lift your heels as high as possible. Then slowly lower yourself, controlling the movement until the heels are back on the floor. Repeat the number of times recommended by your physical therapist, holding onto something for balance if necessary.
