Description

Place a Swiss ball between your back and a wall. Stand straight with your feet hip-width apart. Take a kettlebell and place it on the knee of one leg to add slight resistance. Slowly lower into a squat position by bending your knees, until your thighs are almost parallel to the floor, while keeping your back in contact with the Swiss ball. Hold this static position and slowly lift the heel off the ground of the leg holding the kettlebell, then gently lower it. Repeat this movement in a controlled manner.
