Description

Place a Swiss ball between your back and a wall, standing upright with your feet hip-width apart and your arms relaxed at your sides. To get into the starting position, slowly bend your knees, lowering into a chair position so that your thighs are parallel to the floor or close to it, while keeping your back in contact with the Swiss ball. In this static squat position, slowly lift one heel off the ground, then lower it back down and lift the other heel, alternating between them. Continue to alternate heel raises while maintaining a stable posture and steady breathing.
