Description
Lie supine with your hips flexed at 90°, your knees straight up toward the ceiling, and your spine in a neutral position pressed into the mat. As you exhale, twist through the lower back by lifting one buttock off the floor while pressing the other more firmly down, so that your legs slide against each other. Inhale to return to the starting position, then repeat on the opposite side, keeping your core engaged and your spine under control. Perform the movement smoothly and with control, without arching your lower back.
