Description
Get on all fours, with your hands flat under your shoulders and your knees under your hips, keeping your trunk engaged. Gently shift your body weight onto your hands. Lift and then lower each finger in succession, from the thumb to the little finger. Perform the movement gradually and in a controlled manner, keeping the rest of the hand firmly pressed against the floor and without pushing into pain.
