Description

You are lying on your back with your legs apart, perpendicular to the anchor point of an elastic band that is attached to the ankle of the leg on the same side. Without moving the leg that is not attached, you will tension the band by bringing the leg closer until it touches the foot of the opposite leg. Make sure to keep the leg straight during the movement. It is possible to place a weight in front of the immobile leg to stabilize it and provide a counterweight. You will then slowly return to the starting position.
