Description

You are standing, with an elastic band around your thighs, the front of your feet placed on a step (or a stair), while your heels are in the air. The weight of your body is positioned backward, on your heels, so they descend below the step, creating a stretching sensation in your calves. You will rise onto your toes several times, then perform a forward lunge. You then return to the starting position and repeat the heel raises before performing a backward lunge this time.
