Description

Stand upright, feet hip-width apart. Place both hands above your head against a Swiss ball, which is pressed against a wall. Begin the squat by pushing your hips back, as if sitting on a chair. Bend your knees, keeping them aligned with your feet without letting them go past your toes. Lower yourself to a comfortable depth. Once at the bottom, engage your legs to return to a standing position. As you reach full extension, rise onto the balls of your feet to activate your calves. Perform this exercise in a smooth and controlled manner, ensuring proper alignment throughout. Breathe naturally, inhaling on the descent and exhaling on the ascent.
