Description

Stand upright, stable, with a weighted bar held with both hands on your shoulders. Lift one leg while keeping your pelvis aligned and the foot of the supporting leg firmly planted on the ground. Adopt a straight and elongated posture with the supporting leg fully extended and the other knee bent at 90 degrees. Take a large step forward while controlling the descent and stabilize briefly before returning to the starting position on the other leg. Maintain stability in this position for 3 to 4 seconds and repeat the exercise alternating legs.
