Description
Wear a backpack loaded with weight to add resistance. Position yourself on a board inclined at 25°, a wedge, or an equivalent support. Keep your back straight and stable throughout the exercise. Slowly bend the knee of your working leg until you reach a 90° angle, controlling the movement to properly engage the muscles. Once in the low position, return to the starting position: use the uninjured leg if only one leg is affected, or your arms and both legs if you have a bilateral tendinopathy.
