Description
Lie supine with your knees bent at approximately 90° and your feet flat on the floor. Place a weight on your pelvis and hold it with both hands to stabilize it. Push through your feet to lift your pelvis. Try to align your knees, hips, and shoulders at the top of the movement while contracting your gluteal muscles. Then slowly return to the starting position and repeat the exercise, following your physical therapist's instructions.
